ON Remembrance Sunday (11 November) WMP football club will play host to the Queen’s Royal Hussars at Tally Ho! for their annual charity football match.

WMPFC’s annual charity football match is this Sunday (11 November) at Tally Ho! against the Queen’s Royal Hussars
This historical football fixture (which has been played on this date for over 60 years) will kick off at 11am and WMP will be looking to reclaim the Hydrabad Trophy which is currently in possession of the Hussars who have just recently returned back from Afghanistan.
The two teams would love as many people as possible to go along and show their support. There is no charge on the gate but money is being raised throughout the game for the Jack Stanley Foundation. The charity was founded earlier this year after Corporal Stanley tragically lost his life while in Afghanistan with the Hussars.
If you would like to donate to the cause or buy a ‘United In Duty’ charity t-shirt please visit the Shop section at www.wmpfc.co.uk or contact the club on Twitter @wmpfc.
